Athanasios has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry. A graduate of City College, CUNY, Athanasios holds a B.C.E. in Civil Engineering and is licensed as a Construction Superintendent and General Contractor.

Konstantinos Amaxas
Vice President & Field Operations General Manager


As field operations general manager, Konstantinos has led the development of A.A.D. Construction Corp. projects for nearly three decades. Konstantinos oversees daily operations, collaborating with employees and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are adhered to and expectations are met with quality service.

Richard Preiser
Architect & Chief Operations Officer


Since 1998, Richard has prepared anticipated cost reports, cash flow analyses, and progress reports for all A.A.D. Construction Corp. projects. As Chief Operations Officer and Architect, Richard helps plan, coordinate, and direct business projects from inception through completion.

Asimina A. Delengos
Financial Accountant & Director


Since A.A.D. Construction Corp. was founded, Asimina has been responsible for managing all financial and administrative duties. A graduate of the Drake Business School (NY), Asimina manages A.A.D. Construction Corp.’s finances, construction insurance, and payroll taxes.

Eric Magriples
Project Manager


As a project manager for A.A.D. Construction Corp., Eric collaborates with all project stakeholders (subcontractors, owners, program managers, etc.) to ensure your project is executed properly from bid through completion. Eric has worked in the industry for more than a decade. He studied Construction Management at Pratt University and Drexel University and joined A.A.D. Construction Corp. in 2019.

John Doko
Project Manager


Collaborate with Subcontractors, Owners, Program Managers, and more, to create schedules according to approved contract requirements.

Vicole Martinez


With an educational background in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology, Vicole has served the industry wearing various roles, from Carpenter to President, since the late 1980s. Vicole joined A.A.D. Construction Corp. in 2019 and currently manages on-site construction staff, material deliveries, job site safety, and other critical elements pertaining to the effective execution of a project build.

Regina Rivera
Assistant Accountant


Regina has been a part of the A.A.D. Construction Corp. team since 2014. Regina has 20+ years’ experience in the bookkeeping field and is highly skilled in performing A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and payroll tasks. Regina graduated in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
